Artina "Tina" Todd Norris is a nationally recognized
domestic violence advocate, speaker, women’s
empowerment expert and author. She is the Founder and
Executive Director of A Door of Hope, Inc., a 501 (c) (3)
organization whose mission is dedicated to ending domestic
violence and its devastation. Artina is a member of the
National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Hiyaah Power’
s Speaker Bureau, Domestic Violence Speakers Bureau and
the Christian Women’s Speakers Bureau.

      As a survivor of a previous disparaging marriage, where
she endured mental, emotional and physical abuse, Artina
understands and fully relates to those who have or are
experiencing hurt and pain.  She firmly believes that what
does not kill you will indeed make you stronger.  Through
her passion to provide comfort, support and awareness, her
outreach has touched thousands of lives.  Her heart’s desire
is to reach those whose
lives have been shattered by the unfortunate and devastating
effects of domestic violence.


She is the author of “Pearls of Wisdom: Comfort for the Soul’s Spiritual Healing.”  She has also authored
several 30-day journals intended to challenge readers to press pass hurts, fears, and anxieties.  Additionally,
she authored an instructional resource workbook designed to educate readers on the subject of domestic
violence. Artina is the Executive Producer of a CD entitled “Giving Voice to the Victim” in which she speaks
from her heart to women who are or have been domestic violence victims.

      Artina serves as Assistant Pastor of God’s International Ministry under the leadership of Senior Pastor
Ricky Terry. She is a member of the of Women of Freedom Foundation (WFF) board, which incorporates
rescuing women from the grips of abuse by providing shelter, referral services, support groups, and
domestic violence awareness education.
